Where is this shop based?

This shop is based in South San Francisco, California. All orders ship out from this location.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the States?

Unfortunately, I currently only accept US orders for both physical and digital products.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated during checkout once items are added to your cart and a shipping address is provided. Rates are provided by USPS based on weight and size.

Free shipping is available for orders over $50. It is calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship out?

Processing may take between 2-8 days, depending on order date. Orders are mailed out once a week, on Saturdays. Orders made on a Friday will ship out the Saturday of the following week. (For example: an order placed on Friday the 18th will ship out on Saturday the 26th and not Saturday the 19th).

How long does shipping take?

Shipping may take between 2-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Shipping may take longer during high traffic mail times such as Holidays or during extreme weather resulting in USPS delays.When will my order ship out?

Can I track my order?

If there is tracking available for the shipping you selected, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

All sales, once shipped out, are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please email me at support@asmallgeekychica.com and I will work with you to solve the issue and potentially get a replacement sent out to you or issue an refund if needed.

  • If your items arrived damaged, please reach out within 10 days of arrival by emailing me at support@asmallgeekychica.com with your name, order number, a description of your situation, and photos of the damaged items.

  • If there is something missing from your order, please reach out within 10 days of arrival by emailing me at support@asmallgeekychica.com with your name, order number, and name of your missing item(s). Depending on the item, I may be able to sent a replacement or issue a refund for that item.
